Abstract Submission has been CLOSED on 27th September, 2022.

Instructions for abstract submission:

  • Interested registered participants are invited to submit their Abstracts by 27th September 2022
  • Abstract should reflect the work related to flow cytometry
  • 'Abstract template' (in Word format) is to be downloaded from the "Download abstract template" tab top
  • Consent of the Principal Investigator / Corresponding Author must accompany the abstract on the Tab provided (Consent form to be downloaded, printed, signed by PI / Corresponding author, scanned and uploaded as PDF/JPEG)
  • Abstracts not exceeding 300 words (excluding title, author/s affiliation/s) should be typed in Times New Roman font size 12 with a line-spacing of 1.5, within the space provided in the 'abstract template'. A maximum of one image and one table may be attached in the same 'abstract template' word document.
  • The completed abstract in Word format should be submitted/ uploaded by clicking on the "Submit abstract" tab top.
  • Abstracts should be submitted in any one of the following Categories:
    • Clinical - Oral
    • Clinical - Poster
    • Basic Research - Oral
    • Basic Research - Poster
  • Accepted abstracts will be notified by 4th October 2022.
  • Accepted abstracts for Oral presentations in Clinical and Basic Research categories will be assigned by the Scientific Committee as either 'Poster' or 'Short Oral' presentation.
  • The decision of the Scientific Committee shall be final.
  • Instructions for preparation of poster and oral presentation will be notified shortly.

Ten Travel Awards shall be given to 5 TCS members of both Clinical and Research categories based on the eligibility criteria (See below).

All Participants will receive Certificates


Travel Awards:

Every year 10 Travel awards, 5 each for the Basic Research and Clinical categories, are given during the Conference to the eligible member delegates (see criteria below).

These awards are granted to the Technologists, Students, Scholars, etc belonging to both the Basic Research and Clinical segments, to encourage them to present their scientific work.

TCS and the Organizing Committee support them with a grant for the expenses borne by them towards registration fees, travel and stay during the Conference.

Faculty, practitioners, and Consultants are excluded.

Eligibility Criteria for Travel Awards
  • Must be a TCS member
  • Should not be a local of Hyderabad or Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation limits and must be studying / working outside these limits.
  • Must register for the conference and submit Abstract as the Presenter.
  • Preference is given to a Student Technologist followed by Technologist, then Scholar / Medical Postgraduate / fellow
  • The abstract (either Poster or Oral Presentation) in the Clinical / Basic research category must be selected for the Conference to be presented.
  • The candidate should not have claimed any reimbursement from the parent Institute or any other sponsor. He / she is supposed to give a declaration that no such claim is made.
Selection Process
  • The Top 5 presentations (Oral and Posters inclusive) in each category – Clinical and Basic Research fulfilling all the above eligibility criteria shall be awarded these Travel Awards.
  • The decision of the Scientific Committee shall be final.
Awards Granting Process:

A sum of Rupees Ten thousand only along with a certificate is awarded to the awardee. He / she in turn is supposed to submit the declaration and the relevant original receipts for the same.
