FOR DELEGATES REGISTERED FOR CONFERENCE (AND WORKSHOPS ARRANGED AT UNIVERSITY OF HYDERABAD AND AMPATH)

The following categories of UOH Campus rooms are available along with the corresponding tariffs:

*Tariffs are applicable for 24 hours stay from the check-in time.

Please note the following:

  • The number of accommodations is limited and shall be given by first come first serve basis and discretion of the Hospitality Committee.
  • Shared accommodations are applicable only to the same gender.
  • If there is overwhelming response, preference shall be given to
    • Non-locals, and Technologists / Students.
    • Delegates who register for all 4 days
    • Selected Workshops in and around UOH / AmPath
  • Please fill the application form if you wish to avail accommodation facility in the UOH Campus.

  • Once you fill the form, it will take at least one to two working days for confirming the availability of the type of the accommodation selected.
  • In case the first option is not available, second option would be given to you.
  • Once confirmation is sent, the total payment for the specified duration (tariff x Number of days), should be made by the delegates within 24 hours.
  • All payments shall be made to the following PAYTM account: Click here
  • Once the amount is received you shall receive a confirmation mail from the Hospitality Committee with the details of the room allocated.
  • On the day of arrival, you are supposed to produce the identity proof (Aadhar card / Passport / Driving License) along with the Receipt / acknowledgement mail.
