The Cytometry Society - India intends to start regional chapters to create awareness about the growth and applications in the field of Human Genetics among the researchers working at various academic institutions and research centres (R & D) in the country. This effort will aid in addressing specific problems/diseases/disorders restricted to certain regions that need immediate attention in identifying diagnostics, prognosis and management aspects. Even the small efforts of each chapter will go a long way in achieving healthy tomorrow for our society.
